The biceps bench is designed to strengthen arm muscles by providing stable, ergonomic support for isolated biceps exercises. The equipment is designed for outdoor environments and built from steel profiles with a minimum wall thickness of 4 mm. The frame is hot‑dip galvanized and powder‑coated, meeting C4 environmental class requirements. The biceps bench is engineered according to and compliant with EN16630:2015. The base configuration includes weight stacks that allow adjustable training resistance of approximately 5–80 kg.
- By adding additional weight cassettes, the maximum training load can reach approximately 100 kg.
