The triceps bench is designed to provide highly effective arm‑muscle training by offering stable, ergonomic support for isolated triceps exercises. Its geometry ensures correct body positioning, reducing unnecessary strain on shoulders and back while directing the workload precisely to the triceps. The bench is built from high‑strength steel, making it suitable for continuous daily use, harsh weather conditions and high‑traffic outdoor fitness environments. All surfaces are maintenance‑free, ensuring long service life with minimal upkeep. The triceps bench is ideal for outdoor gyms, sports parks, school training areas and public wellness zones where equipment must withstand intensive and repeated use.
The equipment is ergonomically suitable for users with a height starting from 165 cm.
The bench is designed for outdoor use. The frame is manufactured from steel profiles with a wall thickness of at least 4 mm. The equipment is hot‑dip galvanized and powder‑coated, meeting the requirements of the C4 environmental class. The biceps bench is engineered and compliant with EN16630:2015. The standard weight stack allows adjusting the training load from approximately 15–55 kg.
- Additional weight plates enable a maximum training load of about 100 kg.
- The total weight of the equipment is approximately 248 kg.
- By adding weight cassettes, the maximum training load can reach around 100 kg.
- The main structure uses a special hexagonal profile of approximately 28 cm.
- The load‑bearing steel profiles have a wall thickness of at least 4 mm.

- The bench can be installed by anchoring into concrete or fixing onto a prepared base.
